This bob ross cosplay was the best costume ever! He was painting a happy little bush.
Everything. I’m just perfect, you see?
Feminazis really piss me off. You can call me a misogynist all you want — but just because I speak against extremist feminism, doesn’t make me one. Now, don’t get me wrong — I’m all for equal rights, in fact I’m an avid supporter of them — but this is bullshit! Criticizing feminist bullshit, doesn’t mean I want women to have no rights. It doesn’t mean I support rape, and it doesn’t mean I think of women less of men.
I’ve been called a rape supporter, for speaking like this — bullshit, let’s talk about sexual assault. Now, sexual assault is a very terrible thing, for anyone. But, I hate when people play the blame game. Both parties should be held accountable! If you get stumbling drunk with someone, then go to their bedroom, you are putting yourself in danger. If a person walks into a cave they knew contained a bear and gets mauled, do you only blame the bear? or do you look at the total situation and ask, what were they thinking? Or, what did they did to impair themselves — from being able to make a clear decision.
Let’s talk about inequality. A woman can simply accuse a man of rape or domestic violence and he is automatically treated as guilty until proven innocent. Doesn’t sound fair, does it?
A few posts, today. I’m too, bleh.
Word of advice, don’t overuse Adderall. It feels awesome, when you’re getting stuff done — but I’ve been up for three days. It’ll be interesting what I pull out of my mind today.
That’s a status on my facebook homepage. I didn’t realise that girls could beg someone to sexually harass them just by what they wear… I guess if I ever go out I better wear a bin bag because those poor men are so stupid, bless them, that they can’t control themselves.
Or maybe we should teach men not to rape rather than teaching girls not to get raped. I think you’ll find its men that need to “sort it out”.
My fucking god. It’s spelled ‘realize’.
First of all, let’s try not to play the god damn blame game for once — okay?
I’m pretty sure, that if you walk out of your house — dressed in something designated as ‘sexy’, by the masses — you’re gonna get some stares.
"-those poor men are so stupid…", sounds like your everyday case of gender superiority. Because, a buzzed male who finds a woman attractive is stupid and has all the blame — because he look at some chicks chest, note that they may have been hanging out.
Now, I’m not saying a guy isn’t at blame. Not saying that at all. But, you can’t deny the fact that there is more than one person at fault. People can be responsible with the way they dress, and still be fashionable. So as /not/ to draw the eyes of drunkards and those who may attempt to take advantage of someone.
“Or maybe we should teach men not to rape rather than teaching girls not to get raped. I think you’ll find its men that need to “sort it out”.”
That implies, that men don’t get raped at all and do all the raping in the entire world. That, is complete and utter /bullshit/. I can find countless cases of male rape victims. Women, aren’t the only ones who get raped.
'Rape awareness', or 'rape prevention' — if at all, should be taught to /everyone/.
Casino Royale (via indestructibilitea)
Well I’ll be. That really does describe men, and society in a nut shell.
.:So much sarcasm it hurt to say it.:.
I was out at a restaurant the other night with my friend. The man who was serving us asked if I was wearing this necklace to draw attention to my cleavage. I took this picture that same night. What do you think? The necklace is a silver eye of a Raven… I loved this gem to pieces, but now find myself looking at it with hesitation the rare times I do put it on.
Oh, god yes! Because asking a simple question, about a technique other women have done — is just so god damn sexist the man shouldn’t be alive.
Phew…I feel like Dr. Cox.
This makes me so angry! It’s a pretty accurate representation of societies attitudes towards feminism-about 1/4 support it. But honestly this pisses me off so much. People who think feminism is sexist evidently don’t understand the concept at all. So many people, male and female, seem to think that feminism is about women trying to be better than men! Bullshit! If they were to read any books about feminism they would realise that actually, the need for feminism is all around us.
The other day I was in a cafe read “How to Be A Woman” and I realised something. The waitresses were all female. Then the manager came in and he was male. The little worker bees getting paid virtually nothing were all women, and the only person making any kind of profit or having any control over the business was a man. This is a common enough occurrence. Yes there are exceptions, but think about it. We don’t notice it because we see it every day! Think outside of what is normal; question everything. The need for feminism is all around us! The fact that we don’t even see it only goes further to prove my point.
Open your eyes. The world needs feminism.
“The other day I was in a cafe read “How to Be A Woman” and I realised something. The waitresses were all female. Then the manager came in and he was male.”
Sounds like this is setting itself up for something idiotic.
"The little worker bees getting paid virtually nothing were all women, and the only person making any kind of profit or having any control over the business was a man."
Oh yeah, because maybe that man didn’t work his ass of and just had the job position handed to him on a plate.
Bitching. Mindless bitching.
And of course there’s going to be differing opinions on a subject, because not all people are the god damn same. The world doesn’t, “need feminism” — saying that is a bit extreme. While I agree, some ideals in the philosophy are good — it’s not needed.
